Order Processing Time
All orders are hand packaged with care. We process all orders within 2-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). We will notify you once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification within that time-frame please email info@40uptacklecompany.com and we'll take a look!
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at our facility in Southwick MA. When placing your order, simply select local pickup as your shipping option. We will contact you to arrange for pickup.
We do not have a public storefront, our hours are by appointment only.
Please bring your order confirmation with you when you come to pick it up.
Returns Policy
All sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order or if you believe it was damaged in shipping please contact us right away at info@40uptacklecompany.com. For shipping problems, a photo of the package and damage will be requested.
